Business Studies

Background Reading For Sixth Formers:
To obtain an A or B grade at A level, A2, AS or AVCE in is necessary to do background reading. Students of Business Studies should spend 30 minutes a day rading the financial sections of newspapers or magazines and/or watching TV programmes with a large business or economic content. This includes watching News bulletins on a regular basis.

A grade A student is recognized by an examiner as a student who has good subject knowledge, who adds to this knowledge by using information gained from background reading and is able to relate this to the question set.
